How it works

Fobless gives your unit a dedicated local phone number, and your building manager points the intercom at it (Fobless hands you a pre-written note to send them). When you've activated it — from the dashboard, a guest link, or your smart home — the next buzz plays the door-release tone and lets your guest straight in. When you haven't, the call simply rings through to your phone like it always has. No fob, no app for your guests, and no changes to the building's hardware.

You get a branded guest page — yourname.fobless.com — so you send one link, once: every guest simply enters the last 4 digits of the phone they booked with and is let in, no custom link per stay. Behind it, each reservation goes live at check-in, arms itself around your guest's arrival, and expires at checkout — no codes to send or rotate. Guest names fill in from your booking emails, early check-ins are a one-tap approve, and every entry is logged.
